The rooftop bar is really amazing, full of greenery - this is the best feature of this hotel. The gym is spacious and equipped with almost top of the line Technogym equipment Also the toiletries are exceptional but that is very much it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable hotel, and I can't stop thinking and talking about it. From the moment I walked through the elegant entrance, I was greeted by an ambiance of luxury and warmth that set the tone for my entire stay. The staff at this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. Their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. They seemed genuinely committed to ensuring that every aspect of my stay was impeccable. From the helpful concierge to the housekeeping staff who kept my room immaculate, their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident at every turn. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Hector Sanchez, the chief of concierge who lightened every moment with his infectious smile. Speaking of the rooms, mine was a haven of comfort and sophistication. The decor was tastefully modern, and the attention to detail was evident in every corner. The plush king-sized bed was a dream to sleep in, the bathrobes i slept in because they make you feel like in heaven. The spacious bathroom featured luxurious amenities that made each morning and evening routine feel indulgent - the signature scent of the edition hotels was filling the room every time i took a shower with their personal collection of Le Labo cosmetics. Now, let's talk about the culinary experience. The hotel's restaurant was nothing short of a gastronomic delight. Each meal was a culinary journey, with a menu that offered a delightful blend of mexican fusion flavors. Whether it was a sumptuous breakfast buffet or a dinner for me and my mom, I was consistently impressed by the quality and creativity of the dishes. Beyond the rooms and dining, the hotel's amenities were equally impressive. The table for the billiards game was available to play and a marvel to look at. The rooftop pool area was a true oasis, offering stunning views of the city and the perfect spot to unwind. In summary, my stay at this hotel was nothing short of extraordinary.

The staff at The MADRID EDITION are first class. From the valet, to the front desk to the cleaning staff, everyone was very professional, polite and accommodating. (which you would expect from a 5* hotel, but don't often receive these days) The rooms are spacious, contemporary and very well maintained. The gym is large relative to most hotel gym's and the spa is fabulous. The hotel is also pet friendly, which was important to us. The staff communication via small letters under the door was also a nice personal touch. We couldn't have had a better experience and will be back again on our next trip to Madrid. Thanks to the whole team, with a special acknowledgment to Sebastian, who works at the spa and guest boutique, we couldn't have asked for a more genuinely friendly and welcoming conversation. 5 stars all around!
